I agree with Grimes. That was the most challenging FPS I've ever played on the highest difficulty. What was easily a 6 or 7 hour run through on normal difficulty turned into about 20 on Veteran.
For some reason, I actually thought the level below veteran was the hardest. Except for Mile High Club, veteran killed me on that. But for the rest of the campaign it was fairly easy.

I think the hardest part about Mile High Club on Veteran was the time limit. If there weren't some random bomb or whatever, it would have been so much easier.
And I agree that it wasn't too much harder, but the AI was definitely smarter and I definitely died WAAAY more times. And the huge time and distance between the checkpoints was annoying.
Yeah, the time limit hurt, plus the randomness of the flash bang explosions. They were very poorly done. Sometimes they'll affect everyone, other times someone will be standing on them and you are behind a door and you will be the only one blinded. It truly is random I think, because that happened to me and a roommate.

I didn't really find any of the listed games INSANELY difficult, there were irritations and difficult parts in alot of them... But nothing that just screamed THIS IS HARD!!!!
Dead Rising... I can't stand the save system... There's no autosaving, and in a giant mall full of zombies there's like 4 save points. Plenty of times I played for 30 minutes and died only to have wasted those 30 minutes...
